The Iranian Alumni Association (IAA) is a chapter of the Cal Aggie Alumni Association created to represent UC Davis Alumni of Iranian heritage. While the IAA's name originated in 1989, the association had, since 1982, existed previously under the name "Iranian Cultural Society."

The IAA helps the UC Davis Iranian alumni community to maintain their ties with each other and the campus. The association provides a number of social and educational opportunities through concerts, lectures and the annual Norouz Celebration. The IAA also sponsors student activities and encourages academic achievement by offering scholarships to UC Davis students of Iranian heritage.
