This Association is organized for the purpose of furthering the education of Native Americans and enhancing the image of the University of California by:

  • Providing programs of service and support to the UC Davis campus and its alumni.
  • Providing a vehicle to enable students and graduates of the UC Davis campus to interact with one another on a professional and social basis.

The Native American Alumni Association (NAAA) works to make the educational experience at the University of California a rewarding and pleasant one. The NAAA encourages present and former students to finish their educational pursuits and eventually contribute to the network of alumni that offer future career placement, professional development and financial assistance to continuing students.  As role models alumni participants of the NAAA form an organization that works to ease the larger transition to university life by helping students become involved in campus activities, and succeed academically.
