Estée Kim
Estée is a holistic talent strategist and management/leadership coach who is able to inspire and engage people by providing the right mix of support and challenge to facilitate their best thinking. Her relatable, intuitive, and refreshingly unpretentious style allows for the earnest yet boldly open conversations that lead to generative motion.
With over ten years of global human resources experience across and within industries of pharmaceuticals, art auction and sales, philanthropy, and fashion, Estée has spent much of her career focused on the human-side and experience at work, developing and implementing strategies that enable individuals and teams get clear on expectations, navigate development and organization environments, and most importantly, build relationships – with others and with themselves.
Estée holds a Master of Science Degree in Organizational Behavior, Systems, and Analytics from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy from Rutgers University. She is credentialed by the International Coach Federation as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and completed her coach training from the University of California, Davis and the Co-Active Training Institute.
