In this interactive 90-minute workshop, Wendy Chan, founder of INBRND and creator of Career as a Brand System™, will guide UC Davis alumni through a brand-strategy approach to career development.
Rather than treating your career story as a static bio or résumé, you’ll explore how language can become infrastructure for the opportunities you want to create.
Through guided reflection, practical exercises, and the Career as a Brand System™ framework, participants will learn how to:
- Identify the experiences, strengths, and patterns that shape how you want to be known
- Develop clearer language for communicating your value across roles, industries, and career stages
- Connect past experiences into a more cohesive professional narrative
- Translate that narrative into language you can use across conversations, profiles, interviews, and other career assets
- Write a Letter to Your Future Self to define what you want the next chapter of your career to stand for
Participants will receive a digital workbook before the session and leave with language they can continue refining and applying long after the workshop.
