Celebration of Family: Mooncake Festival

Mooncake festival

Event Date

The Mooncake, or Mid-Autumn Festival, is a celebration that dates back more than 3,000 years. Join CAAA and Michelle Yeh - Distinguished Professor of Chinese, on September 10th from 3p-4p for a rich discussion on the symbolic meanings behind mooncakes and lanterns, as well as how different countries celebrate this important day. Registrants will also receive a craft activity to do along with us at the end of the presentation. We invite all to attend - alumni, parents, friends and little Aggies!
