Take a break and enjoy the view from a comfy Adirondack chair in the UC Davis Arboretum near Lake Spafford.
Studies show that even a short time outdoors can reduce stress and improve mood, among a variety of other social and well-being benefits. Chair Share was created by students in the Arboretum and Public Garden's Learning by Leading internship program and these popular events are offered to the campus community and public visitors on a semi-regular basis. So if you see the big red chairs, have a seat, press the refresh button and breathe.
