A HIIT workout consists of short bouts of intense work lasting anywhere from 10 to 60 seconds, followed immediately by a period of active recovery of the same length or longer. This workout includes 30 minutes of cardio and strength training followed by balance work. Movements can be modified to create an appropriate workout for all levels. Join us on October 14, 2022 from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. (Pacific) for a HIIT workout. Dumbbells can be used and a Yoga mat may be needed.
