The American University Clubs France cordially invites you to join them for their traditional Thanksgiving dinner on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 from 7:00pm to 10:30pm at the Ecole Militaire.

Registration is limited to AUC American University members and their guests.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE SECURITY PROCESS AT THE ENTRANCE WILL TAKE 15 MINUTES.
A BEAUTIFUL HISTORIC VENUE
AUC is partnering again this year with the Ecole Militaire. Founded in 1751 by Louis XV to train military officers, it is a beautiful piece of French heritage. Don’t miss out on this rare opportunity to enjoy exclusive access.
A TRADITIONAL MENU
Apéritif: Kir Royal served in Ecole Militaire rotunda.
Four-course meal served at the table:
Starter: Pumpkin velouté
Main Course: Sliced turkey (stuffing served separtely) with mashed potatoes and turkey gravy
Sides: Corn, green beans and cranberry sauce
Dessert: Pecan pie topped with whip cream and a scoop of vanilla ice cream
Drink: Red and white wine, water and coffee
A vegetarian main course will unfortunately not be offered.

After this date, registration will close. Cancellations will not be refunded. Please note, that if the event sells out, registration will end earlier than the stated date.
ACCESS AND SECURITY
The Ecole Militaire is not open to the public and extra security measures are enforced. Attending this event requires a two-step process.
Step 1: Register and pay for your ticket on HelloAsso. Each attendee is required to provide their birthdate and city and country of birth as shown on official ID (requested by the Ecole Militaire for security process).
Step 2: Those registered will be sent a link to obtain their personal Ecole Militaire invitation with QR code that they will need to present to enter the Ecole Militaire building. In addition to this, each person will be asked to provide an official form of ID at the entrance (Passport, ID card).

By registering for this event, you consent to the AUC sharing your details with the AUC Member Presidents of Alumni Clubs for the sole purpose of coordinating and contacting you in relation to this event.
By attending and/or participating in this event you agree to grant the AUC and its authorized representatives permission to capture photographs, audio recordings, and/or video recordings, including those related to your involvement in the event. You further agree that any and all of the photographs or recordings may be used, in any form, as part of any future publications, brochures, websites, or other printed or digital materials used to promote the university, and further that such use shall be without payment of fees, royalties, special credit, or other compensation.
