Calling all UC Davis alumni and ice cream lovers!
Come explore the sweet treats of the Lower East Side and Chinatown on a delectable ice cream tour! Sample three delicious types of ice cream, including the unique Asian-inspired soft-serve at Soft Swerve, the rich and creamy traditional flavors at Chinatown Ice Cream Factory, and the authentic Italian gelato at Laboratorio del Gelato. Indulge in these refreshing and mouth-watering desserts as you stroll through one of NYC’s most vibrant neighborhoods!
The tour will be led by UC Davis alum Jeremy Chuardy who works as a food scientist for an ice cream brand on the East Coast. Jeremy will share some educational tidbits about the three different types of ice cream we will sample on the tour. Please bring cash for food purchases during the tour.
