- Why the switch to digital cards?
- Switching to digital cards will allow for:
- Easier communication to our members about benefits and events
- Cost-saving on physical cards
- Easier access to your card to get your discounts
- Easier card replacements - How do I add the digital card to my smartphone wallet?
- FROM MOBILE PHONE
To add the digital card to your wallet, simply click the link sent to you in your email. The card will open automatically and all you need to do is select "Add" in the top right corner.
FROM DESKTOP
Click the link sent to you in your email. Your computer will open up a QR code to be scanned by your mobile phone. Open the camera on your phone and hold it over the QR code to open the link. The card will open automatically and all you need to do is select "Add" in the top right corner.

Adding from Desktop - How do I access the card once it's in my wallet?
- APPLE USERS
You can either double click the lock button on the right hand side of the device or search "Wallet" on your device.
ANDROID USERS
Search "Wallet" on your device to access your card - I am an Android user but I do not have Google Wallet
- That's ok! You can download the Mobile Wallet App and use that instead.
- What does an active card look like?
Active Cards will display your first and last name, as well as a QR code with your member ID. If your card is missing this information, your card is inactive.
- My name and barcode are missing from the card but I know I am an active member, what do I do?
- Most likely, your card was improperly downloaded.
Go back to your emailed card link and COPY AND PASTE the link. If you try to click it, the link will not work properly. - I have the card added to my wallet. Now what?
- Your card is now available for use! To access discounts in person, simply show your card and receive your discount. For online discounts, please refer to the link in the information section of your digital card for links and promocodes.
- How do I access the information, such as links, on the card?
- Go to your wallet and select your card. On the top right, select the three dots and select "Pass Details."

- Physical cards are available for both Alumni Association Membership and the Aggie Wine Passport Program by request. To request a physical Alumni Association Membership card, please email [email protected]

To learn about all the exclusive member benefits members have access to, simply head to our membership benefit directory page. If you are a member and you would like to access all of your member benefits, see the link on the back of your card or email us at [email protected].
WINE PASSPORT
Please see the link on the back of your card or email us at [email protected]. - I can't find my link/access my card. What do I do?
- We are happy to email you a new link so you can access your card.
For Alumni Association Membership cards, please email [email protected]
For Wine Passport cards, please email [email protected] - How do I update my contact information or preferences?
- You can update your contact information such as address, email, and phone number here. Tip: you can also update your info at any time by clicking the ‘Update my Information’ button found at the bottom of any CAAA email you receive.
- How do I delete the card if I no longer want it?
- APPLE USERS
Click the three dots in the upper right hand corner and select "Remove Card"
ANROID USERS
Click the three dots in the upper right hand corner, scroll to the bottom, and select "Remove"
Cards be re-added to either wallet type as long as they are still active using the same link.
