Ranger Kielak is a UC Davis graduate (2019) and certified life and business coach based in Half Moon Bay, California. He runs Within Range Coaching, where he helps professionals and business owners gain clarity, build confidence, and take meaningful action in their work and personal lives.

In addition to coaching, Ranger works as an agricultural consultant through the UC Merced (Monarch) SBDC and Valley Sierra SBDC, supporting small farms with business development, regulatory navigation, and pesticide compliance. He hosts The Foggy Farmer podcast and is active in multiple business and professional organizations across the San Francisco Peninsula.

In 2024, Ranger completed a 2,642-mile walk across America—from Myrtle Beach, SC to Los Angeles, CA—raising over $8,500 for charity. The experience now informs his coaching approach, helping clients build resilience, remove excuses, and move forward one step at a time.
