UC Davis will be hosting a number of events and fun activities for alumni and their families in the Gateway District and we also have space in the Picnic Day Parade to celebrate our third annual Give Day!

The 29-hour celebrates the theme “Every Aggie Counts: Together, We Add Up!” Whether you are an alum, a friend, a parent, a patient of UC Davis Health, a client of our veterinary hospitals, or a student at UC Davis, you are an important part of our story too. By participating in Give Day, you help us write our next chapter.

Join fellow Aggies online and in-person from noon on Friday, April 12, until 5 p.m. the next day, which will be Picnic Day. This is the third year Picnic Day and Give Day will be joined, culminating in the parade where alumni, parents, students, faculty and staff will show their Aggie Pride and have the opportunity to participate in the Picnic Day Parade, to illustrate philanthropy’s impact on research and education at UC Davis.

Volunteer areas include:

Walk or ride our Aggie Tram in the Picnic Day Parade (Must sign up by 3/31)
Start off your morning joining us for a cup of coffee and grab and go breakfast items before walking in the parade showing your Aggie Pride and holding up signage on how others can support UC Davis on Give Day. Invite your friends, family and donors to participate. All participants will receive exclusive Give Day swag! Register here to participate in the parade: Picnic Day Parade Sign Up
