CAAA Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee Application

The Cal Aggie Alumni Association has launched a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. Led by chair Mari Corbin and vice-chair Deborah Austin, the committee brings forward a wide range of ideas and perspectives to the CAAA board to advance organizational and operational priorities that align with the UC Davis Principles of Community. Each year we seek volunteers to provide their perspectives, learn in community, and work alongside the committee members to make recommendations to the CAAA Board of Directors. Prospective Committee members should be affiliated with the University and have an understanding of the work of CAAA through opporunities such as serving as a CAAA Board Member, volunteering as a network leader, planning events or being an active member of our alumni community.

The Committee meets on a bi-monthly basis. Individuals interested in serving on the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee can share their intent to serve by completing the short questionnaire below. Submissions are reviewed each year and applicants are invited to join the committee after a review process and as space opens on the committee.
