Ana is a Life Development Coach in Communication™, Certified Communication Trainer, and experienced facilitator who has worked with thousands of clients worldwide. Ana began her training in San Francisco, California in 1988. Currently, Ana holds her Professional Certified Coach credential with the International Coach Federation (ICF), serves as both Board Secretary and Treasurer for ICF - San Diego, and a former advisory board member for the Women in leadership Executive program at the University of California, Santa Barbara-PACE. Ana, also volunteers as a Verizon small business micro mentor, where she continues to professionally develop her practice coaching and training professionals worldwide.

Ana has been blessed to co-own and operate a successful coaching and training company for over two decades. Her skill as a seasoned coaching entrepreneur, gives her the ability to understand numerous career and business challenges, thereby coaching clients to explore solutions and opportunities using both an effective and collaborative communication approach. Moreover, Ana is a focused professional, with a skilled, compassionate, open-hearted listening style, capable of listening on several levels to the whole individual.

Ana is a native Californian, born in San Francisco and graduated from University of California, Davis. Ana now calls San Diego her home.

The Institute For Global Listening and Communication (IGLC) was founded in 1990 by Master Life and Executive Coach Carol McCall, Ph.D. Ana joined as co-owner in 1997 and continues to coach and facilitate courses on listening and communication skills, using IGLC’s proprietary methodology. IGLC is an international coach training and communication solutions company, anchored by the belief that listening is the single most important component of any conversation. Regardless of the focus – coaching, leadership, couples, parenting, family, and/or relationships – IGLC exists to establish listening as the nucleus of all communication.
