Our tree-lined patio is ideal for a luncheon or reception. Visitors and guests will also enjoy our two art galleries. Each of our conference rooms is equipped with wireless internet, phone port, and a white board. Other amenities include: a sound system with wireless microphones, electronically retractable screens and convenient catering areas. Usage of our extensive stock of tables and chairs is also included in your rental. From meetings and conferences to banquets and weddings, the rooms are comfortable and can be configured to meet your specific needs.
Normal business hours are Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. during the academic year. During summer break, our hours are Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Our facilities can be made available earlier or later in the day, or on weekends for an additional fee.

From Sacramento: Take I-80 West to Davis; take Exit 71 towards UC Davis; at the stop sign turn right onto Old Davis Road; continue past the information booth and through the traffic circle.
From San Francisco: Take I-80 East to Davis; take Exit 71 towards UC Davis; at the stop sign turn left onto Old Davis Road; proceed under the freeway; continue past the information booth and through the traffic circle.
Parking
The closest visitor lot to the Alumni Center is located across the street in the 1 Shields Avenue Garage
70 minute and all-day passes are available for purchase either:
- At the machines located at the garage
- Via one of the campus parking apps
- In advance online
Disabled Parking: A valid UC parking permit and a California DMV-issued disabled person's placard/plate are both required when parking in a disabled space. Two disabled spaces are located directly in front of the Alumni Center
